Description
- Provide administrative support to enhance office operations.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Maintain files, prepare reports, and assist with project documentation.
- Communicate with clients and vendors, ensuring professional interactions.
- Assist in budgeting and invoicing processes as needed.
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome; internship experience in administrative roles is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk support, excellent English language skills, strong time management, written communication, organizational skills, and MS Office expertise.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage administrative tasks, assist in coordination of projects, provide customer support, and maintain organized records.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, potential for remote work; full-time hours with flexible scheduling.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, with strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
