Description
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, assist with office coordination, and maintain records.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide support to onsite staff and clients.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle correspondence and communication efficiently.
- Adapt to various administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
