QUALIFICATION:

•Must be an Engineering graduate (preferably licensed) or has a diploma in Supply Chain Management

•Preferably a Certified Professional in Purchasing or has attained any equivalent National Certification

•At least 3 years of progressively more responsible professional experience in the field of procurement, tendering, including vendor identification, demand forecasting, supply planning and analytical assessment; or at least 5 years of experience in either Power Generating Industry or comparable Heavy Industrial Facilities

•Leadership experience of at least 2 years in rail industry or 4 years in other heavy industries in a supervisory capacity

•In depth experience and the capacity to adopt new concepts with due responsibilities in inventory control and quality

•Technical knowledge in Infrastructure or other Heavy Industries (preferably in rail industry)

•Knowledgeable on Contracts and Project Management

•Knowledge on ERP Systems (Oracle, Maximo, SAP, etc.)

•Good presentation skills and can conduct training;

Above-average interview and communication skills, analytical thinking, customer service orientation and computer literacy (MS Office)
