Job Summary:


Our Senior Loyalty Manager is responsible for the CRM program across Watsons Store Formats with the objective of building customer loyalty through acquisition, retention and recovery activities in Watsons, SM Beauty Section and LOOK.


ROLE


• Strategize CRM loyalty program and campaigns with the objective to drive loyalty and retention of Watsons, SMAC, & LOOK members.

• Effectively provide direction and check implementation of Targeted and Mass Member Programs in Watsons, SM Beauty, and LOOK

• Leveraging member data and insights to form lifecycle and loyalty programs such as target member promotions, segmentation, redemption and high value member retention.

• Manage CRM budget and resources effectively

• Work with Trading in establishing joint KPIs for measuring success within categories and suppliers to elevate CRM into a profitable program for the company


Qualifications:


• A good working knowledge of the CRM principles that will enable him/her to develop direct to member communications

• Having strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit and applying them to drive profitable & actionable programs

• Being able to establish and nurture good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement campaigns timely and effectively

• A strong drive to innovate CRM engagements and implement them effectively.

• A strong background on Loyalty Program is preferred.
