Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective logistics solutions. Drives revenue growth by managing and expanding both new and existing client relationships, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and supply chain management and a passion for sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can influence and negotiate with stakeholders and customers.
Has the ability to influence and delegate tasks.
Knows how to sell with good judgment and general management skills. Ideally with business insight and understanding with exceptional scheduling and planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tool
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or any related field
2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
Experience in the logistics and forwarding industry is a plus
Must have a Driver's License and willing to travel
