The role involves overseeing facility planning, scheduling, and inspections, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities include coordinating with departments and external vendors, leading facility design and construction projects, managing budgets and resources, and implementing safety and sustainability initiatives.
The position also involves conducting risk assessments and developing strategic facility plans to align with organizational goals.

职位要求

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Project Management, Sustainability, or Design Management is a plus.
At least 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, planning, or design.
Proven track record of managing design and construction projects from concept to completion, including overseeing contractors and project teams.
Experience in budgeting, planning, and scheduling for facilities projects.
Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and local government policies related to facilities and construction.
Expertise in space planning, building design, and sustainable facility management practices.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software for facility layouts and design creation.
