职位描述

  • Identify, plan and supervise branch activities related to:
  1. New store construction
  2. Existing store renovation
  3. Minor repairs
  4. Modular and signage installations
  • Liaise with contractors for the following activities:
  1. Identifying the contractor with the least costs with high quality service (at least 3 comparative quotations)
  2. Completion of activities' based on project timeline
  3. Quality Control Checking of Branches after construction/renovation/repairs
  • Escalate problems and propose solutions that may impact costs or schedule
  • Document and prepare daily progress reports for discussion to the General Manager
  • Create facilities maintenance guidelines that includes but not limited to the following: store visit, areas for checking, etc.

职位要求

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Must have experience in project management, project engineering, or project planning (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
