We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Travel & Hospitality Sales to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel arrangements, handling inquiries, upselling services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your goal is to provide excellent service while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment


  • Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, chat, or email.
  • Promote and upsell travel-related services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) based on customer needs.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel policies, promotions, and destination knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

职位要求

Airline Account:

  • Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate
  • At least 6 months BPO experience


Sales Account:

  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
  • At least 1 year of sales experience


Additional Requirements (for both):

  • Preferably with experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales skills and a customer-first mindset
