职位描述

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on processes to enhance service quality.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide back office support.

  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, problem-solving abilities, a strong work ethic, and technical skills for back office support.
