Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description:

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


OFFER AND BENEFITS:

  • UP TO 24,000 salary package (Depending on the BPO Experience)
  • HMO, Night Differential, and other benefits will discussed upon Job Offer


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate with at least 6 months BPO Voice International Experience
  • College Undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO Voice International Experience
  • HS/SHS Graduate with at least 6 months BPO Voice International Experience
