Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Specialist located in Cebu. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and delivering high-quality customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
  • Analytical Skills and Communication
  • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards customers
