职位描述

WORK ONSITE: CEBU IT PARK, Cebu City


  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from any part of the globe that the call originates from
  • Equipped to handle all general reservations and deal with changes to all reservations
  • Handle customer complaints and provide first time resolution


OFFER AND BENEFITS:

  • Up to 22,000 Salary Package (depends w/ the BPO experience) 
  • PLUS 30,000 SIGNING BONUS (depending on the account profiled)
  • 20% Night Differential

  • Night Differential

职位要求

  • Bachelor's Graduate (With or Without BPO Experience)
  • College Undergraduate (With or Without BPO Experience)
  • HS/SHS Graduate (With at least 6 months BPO Experience)
  • Amenable to Start ASAP
  • Must be amenable to Work Onsite
