  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, Excellent customer service, Strong problem-solving abilities, Team player, Strong work ethic, and Technical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potential evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and resilience under pressure.
