• Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing temporary retail spaces to achieve the company's target of opening stores in Visayas and Mindanao.

• Site sourcing and evaluation: Locate possible store area, assess foot traffic, location viability, and overall compatibility with brand standards.

• Negotiation and coordination: Initiate and lead negotiations with developers to secure the most competitive rental rates and terms.

• Ingress and egress management: Collaborate with technical teams and mall developers for the smooth ingress and egress of pop-up stores.

• Payment and documentation: Coordinate closely with internal finance and admin departments to facilitate timely rental payments and submission of required documents to developers.

• Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor daily and monthly sales performance of all active stores.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following (or related fields): Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Retail Management

• 3–5 years of experience in any of the following roles: site acquisition or real estate leasing, retail operations (especially pop-ups, kiosks, or multi-site retail), business development in the retail or commercial real estate sector, project or facilities management (related to retail setup/teardown)

• Knowledge of lease agreements, commercial rental terms, and basic contract review

• Willingness to travel frequently for site inspections and coordination

• Mindanao-based, familiar with the commercial market of VisMin
