Descrição:

Good Day Candidates! Our partner client is looking for a Sales Supervisor that will be doing the following responsibilities below;

  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track overall sales activity and performance metrics to ensure smooth operations and fast, accurate transaction processing.
  • Support Sales Team Communication: Maintain regular contact with sales representatives to provide insights, updates, and data that support target achievement.
  • Administer Incentive Programs: Oversee the sales incentive program, including the implementation of promotions and bonus structures to recognize and reward top performers.

Requisito

  • Must have working experience in the Sales Industry
  • Residing near Taguig City
  • Willing to be under agency
