Descrição:
- Accurate encoding of Vacation Leave and Sick Leave availed of members and ensure that they receive copies together with their available credit returned immediately.
- Ensure that all leave forms are properly tagged and filed accordingly.
- Ensure that payhold forms of resigned/separated members are executed on time.
- Accurate encoding /enrollment at Ledger+ of newly hired members.
- Review and check all generated DTRs/Logsheets of members at every cut-off and ensure that it is processed and submitted to CF Payroll on time.
- Ensure that the monthly summary of tardiness and AWOL report.
- and other administrative tasks to be assigned
Requisito
- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
- Good written and oral communication.
- must be resourceful, innovative, a team player, and can work with minimal supervision.
- willing to do field work from time to time.
- Willing to be assigned at Santa Cruz, Manila.
