Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and job requirements.
Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online databases.
Create engaging outreach messages and screen potential candidates to assess initial fit.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job openings and enhancing employer brand visibility online.
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed.
Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate and organized sourcing data and metrics for reporting purposes.

At least 2 years experience in recruitment/sourcing
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for talent acquisition and eagerness to learn sourcing strategies and tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job platforms.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
