Descrição:

  • Establish the company’s process, policies, system and handbook, code of conduct, ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll processing in compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Ensures the company’s compliance to governmental regulations, PH labor code, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, and other agencies requiring contributions, permits, reports, etc.
  • Ensures that the company is updated on new BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and other government rulings and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
  • Support organizational growth by identifying talent needs and developing strategic workforce plans
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
  • Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position


Requisito

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Behavioral Science or related field;
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • With proven work experience of at least 5 years as an HR Manager in the construction or retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • With strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, Philippine Labor Law (DOLE), SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, experience with DOLE cases, Labor Unions would be an advantage
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • With solid organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
