Establish the company’s process, policies, system and handbook, code of conduct, ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Law.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Administer employee benefits and payroll processing in compliance with regulations
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Ensures the company’s compliance to governmental regulations, PH labor code, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, and other agencies requiring contributions, permits, reports, etc.
Ensures that the company is updated on new BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and other government rulings and procedures.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
Support organizational growth by identifying talent needs and developing strategic workforce plans
Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position

Graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Behavioral Science or related field;
HR certification is a plus.
With proven work experience of at least 5 years as an HR Manager in the construction or retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
With strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, Philippine Labor Law (DOLE), SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, experience with DOLE cases, Labor Unions would be an advantage
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
With solid organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on attention to detail
Must be willing to work onsite.
