Descrição:
- Employee Relations:
- Manage employee inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee disputes.
- Maintain positive employee morale and engagement.
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Onboard new hires.
- Training & Development:
- Identify and implement training needs.
- Conduct training programs and workshops.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage employee leave requests.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources as Supervisor (required).
- Generalist background or have mastered 2 -3 HR Facets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work M-F Fully Onsite
