Handle customer inquiries related to travel services, such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing travel-related problems, such as booking errors, cancellations, or changes in itineraries.
Assist customers in booking flights, accommodations, and car rentals, providing guidance on available options, costs, and special promotions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, promotions, and policies to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
Ensure a positive experience by delivering timely and accurate solutions, and provide follow-up where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and any actions taken using the company’s CRM system.
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high service standards.
Upsell travel packages, products, or services when applicable, contributing to sales targets.

Education: High school graduate (or equivalent).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment (call center experience preferred), or at least 6 months of experience in a customer service role in the travel industry.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and online booking tools is an advantage.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. Flexibility in working hours (including weekends and holidays) is required.
