Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and collaborate to develop effective solutions.
• Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) to present insights in an easy-to-understand format.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhance business operations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
• Ensure clear and concise communication of complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and project management software.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of business operations and workflows, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
