Description
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits.
- Provide safety training and support to employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes.
- Develop safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to improve workplace safety.
- Stay updated on safety laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Job Title: Safety Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork in various settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
