  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At leat 3 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of HR functions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
  • Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
  • Office-based, with potential flexibility for remote work; standard business hours.
