Description
- Primarily source, screen and endorse candidates based on set job responsibilities and qualifications of the new/vacant post.
- Interview candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens to manage shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Monitor the hiring progress and report the status of such.
- May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Recruiter or similar role.
- Knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on different recruitment platforms or other social media sites.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
