Description

  • Responsible for handling user inquiries through online customer service tools via real-time conversations, answering user questions
  • Timely feedback on issues encountered by users during use, collecting and organizing problems, and providing feedback through ticket emails
  • Follow up and handle order disputes initiated by both parties according to business SOP processes, as well as asset adjudication
  • Maintain the existing merchant community, quickly respond to merchants' questions and suggestions, assist in resolving related issues, and enhance merchant satisfaction

Requirements

  • Language Requirements: Good communication skills in English/Russian/Spanish
  • Work Experience: Experience in OTC/P2P customer service, priority given to those with online customer interaction experience
  • Work Attitude: Serious and responsible approach to work, with empathy and the ability to think from others' perspectives, possessing strong customer service awareness
