Requirements

• Fluent written & verbal English; other APAC languages a plus.
• Empathy for users dealing with home-safety concerns.
• Interest in IoT / AI or smart-home tech preferred.

• Passion for AI and helping users maximize product value.

Problem-Solving & Feedback Skills:
