The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a positive sales experience, and achieving individual sales targets. He/she ensures the smooth and accurate processing of sales through proper documentation and providing after-sales service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and assess their needs.
Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to promote automotive sales.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adjust sales strategies and meet sales goals.
Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing and leasing options.
Assist with the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
Attend training sessions and conferences to improve sales skills and knowledge of products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College degree.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Incumbent will be assigned in Balanga, Bataan
