Job Title: Project Manager - UKG Ready Implementation Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing UKG Ready products. The ideal candidate should have exposure to SaaS implementations, possess comprehensive IT implementation skills, and demonstrate a successful track record of managing stakeholders in North America. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of UKG Ready products.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks during the implementation process.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in North America, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in project management, particularly in SaaS implementation.
Strong familiarity with UKG Ready products or similar workforce management solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with North American stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant certifications.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in global settings.
Knowledge of NA Payroll, HR and Workforce Management processes is a plus. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
