Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of programs or projects to achieve business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring execution, and communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead project planning and execution. - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in defining project scope and deliverables. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
