Position: Japanese Customer Success Manager

Location: Taguig

Arrangement: Hybrid Work Setup (Work-from-home a few days per week)

Salary: ₱100,000–₱150,000 monthly

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Day Off: Weekends Off

• 3–10 years of BPO experience, preferably in leadership or CS roles

• Able to thrive in a startup culture – dynamic, flexible, fast-paced

• Degree or HS graduate

• Act as the primary liaison for our Japanese CS team

• Analyze feedback, concerns & service reports to design exceptional CX strategies

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with Japanese stakeholders

• Evaluate team performance & coach for continuous improvement

• Innovate! Drive new systems to elevate our Japanese support experience

• Collaborate with leadership teams to build a world-class CS ecosystem
