We are currently seeking for an Email Marketing Associate to join our team at REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC.' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be supporting the Campaign & Marketing Managers across multiple regions in handling email campaigns using either a straightforward or holistic approach depending on the business needs.

What You'll be doing

• Manage campaign timelines and ensure compliance on the established turnaround times'

• Build and ensure timely activation of campaign canvases in Eloqua using the recommend journey and canvas elements/filters, build other canvases as needed

• Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teams

• Extract campaign performance data and provide insights/recommendations in post-show reports

• Perform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines

• Support Campaign Associate II and III in mapping an email customer journey

• Contribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge sharing sessions

What we're looking for

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder

• With at least 1 year experience in digital marketing, hands-on experience in Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform is a plus

• Must have strong stakeholder management and project management skills

• Knowledge in data extraction and reporting

• Ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes

• Passion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation discipline

• Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and structural changes

• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed

• A friendly attitude and team player

• With a good understanding of customer life cycles and experience in creating a marketing plan will be highly desirable

• Willing to work on a flexible shift depending on business needs
