Role Summary

• This critical role involves providing advanced (Level 4) technical support for our software solutions, primarily built with Kotlin, Node.js, React, React Native, Android, and deployed on Azure.
• This position requires commitment to overnight support and weekend work on a rotational or fixed basis to ensure global coverage.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues escalated from L1-L3 support.
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements using Kotlin, Node.js (backend) and React, React Native (frontend) and Android.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure on Azure, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate closely with development teams in Australia to understand software architecture and contribute to long-term solutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for overnight and weekend support.
• Participate in sprint activities and development tasks to enhance skills and product knowledge when not resolving support issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in Kotlin, Node.js, React, React Native, Android.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for debugging complex issues.
• Experience in a software support or application maintenance role is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts and weekends is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
