We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Travel Specialist with deep expertise in visa processing, package tour creation, and travel systems. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling visa-related issues, adept in sourcing affordable yet high-quality travel packages, and confident in organizing group tours to destinations such as India, Bhutan, Japan, Korea, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve visa-related issues efficiently and accurately fill out application forms.
• Plan, develop, and price competitive travel packages to multiple destinations, including Asia and Europe.
• Source and organize affordable yet high-quality package and group tours through both local and international suppliers.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure seamless group tour operations.
• Provide quotations to clients based on their travel needs and preferences.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus and Sabre to book and manage travel arrangements.
• Utilize online travel platforms to compare and secure competitive travel products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to improve tour offerings and pricing.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven experience in the industry is more important.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in travel operations, visa processing, or tour packaging.
• Proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems.
• Strong familiarity with online travel tools and platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Skyscanner, etc.).
• Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills for tour collaborations and partnerships.
• Well-versed in quoting, pricing, and customizing travel packages.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
