• Facilitate travel bookings, and itinerary changes, and handle special requests in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Address customer feedback, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service are met.
• Designing and organizing unique travel experiences.
• Ensuring travel itineraries meet client's expectations and needs.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
• Offering exceptional customer service and support before and during the travel.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field.

Experience Level:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in travel planning or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in the English Language.
