职位描述

  • Diagnose and repair The Platinum karaoke/audio products and other electronic appliances.
  • Accurately report daily repair status and accomplishments to the supervisor or service coordinator.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Use computer systems to log repairs and service updates.
  • Provide feedback on recurring product issues or customer concerns.

职位要求

  • Graduate of an Electronics-related technical or vocational course.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing The Platinum audio and karaoke appliances.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams.
  • Basic computer literacy; knowledge of software tools is an advantage.
  • With good moral character and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be assigned to Western Bicutan, Taguig City
