职位描述

  • Handle new product introduction project and conduct the required qualification/validation of product/process
  • Improvement of existing lines through optimization and/or cycle-up of machines
  • Assessment of evaluation result of newly qualified product/mold
  • Coordinate with suppliers/customers when needed.
  • Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
  • Identify and manage resources to execute process improvement projects.
  • Review of process parameters if still applicable in production and suggest changes when necessary.
  • Provide preventive measures to potential problems in the processes.
  • Provide technical support & solutions to encountered problems.

职位要求

  • Graduate of any Engineering course
  • With at least 2-3 years of related experience preferably gained from a plastic injection company
  • Knowledgeable in SolidWorks, CAD & problem-solving techniques
