  • Staff Management:
  • Supervising, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Scheduling and assigning tasks.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve goals.
  • Addressing employee issues and providing constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Creating a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Store Operations:
  • Managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring proper stock management.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Implementing store policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and analyzing store performance.
  • Sales and Financial Performance:
  • Achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implementing marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Managing budgets and expenses. 

职位要求

  • 1 year experience as "Team Leader" or any position in the F&B industry related to handling a team and doing multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding communication skills & a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & motivate team members.
  • Expertise in both FOG & BOH
