You drive the ship—FOH, BOH, and everything in between—with sharp focus and even sharper instincts.

What You’ll Own:

Command the Flow

Own the day-to-day rhythm of the café—from the heat of the kitchen (BOH) to the energy of the floor (FOH). You lead by example and keep every corner in sync.

Chase the Numbers, Sustainably

Set bold sales targets, crush them, and then raise the bar again. You’ve got an eye for the P&L, labor cost, and inventory, and you know how to keep things lean without cutting corners.

Build Your Dream Team

Hire smart, schedule sharp, and grow leaders. From baristas to chefs, you shape a crew that’s as passionate about service and plant-based living as you are.

Handle the Heat

Customer concerns? Internal issues? You handle them with grace, fairness, and speed. You protect the brand, your team, and the guest experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 2–3 years of store leadership experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality
• Background in plant-based, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a big plus
• Highly organized with strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Confident in handling financial reports and operational metrics (P&L, labor, inventory).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Passionate about sustainability, wellness, and living the Shaka VIBE.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and lead by example on the floor
• Loves food, loves people—and loves making a difference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Rotational shift
• Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Store Manager: 2 years (Required)
