Manage and execute localized social media strategies for teams in Japan and Korea, ensuring alignment with global brand and content guidelines.
Curate, localize, and publish high-impact content including:
Reports, research papers, white papers, education materials awards and recognitions and client spotlights.
Monitor and engage with local audiences, including clients and their end clients, to foster community and brand trust.
Partner with internal teams to highlight achievements and showcase new index strategies and thought leadership.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Drive traffic to Nasdaq.com and increase inbound inquiries related to Data and Index offerings.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies; under no circumstances will product promotion be permitted.

1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in financial services or B2B sectors.
Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese and Korean, with strong English communication skills.
Deep understanding of local social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors in Japan and Korea.
Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools.
Strong writing, editing, and content localization skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
Passion for financial markets, data, and digital storytelling.
