Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Food and Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to the establishment’s standards.
Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and properly garnished.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Order Management:
Ensure orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Deliver orders to customers at their tables or prepare take-out orders.
Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Keep the dining area, kitchen, and service areas clean and well-maintained.
Clear tables and reset them for new customers.
Handle trash removal and keep workstations sanitized.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other service crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training new team members when required.
Adhere to Safety and Hygiene Standards:
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of personal hygiene and work attire.
