We are seeking motivated individuals for the Store Technician position to join our team. As an In-House Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for a wide range of technology products and systems. This role will primarily involve working within our facilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues, as well as assisting with product testing, quality assurance, and inventory management.
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues across a variety of devices and platforms.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
