• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers to drive product awareness and sales.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist clients in product selection, ensuring project specifications and industry standards compliance.
• Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for different construction projects.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and operations teams.
• Monitor ongoing projects and support clients during installation and after-sales service.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Salary Range: Php 23,000– Php 25,000 per month (Base + Commission)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
• Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
