职位描述

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in various industries. Utilize various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.) to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their industrial equipment requirements.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of our industrial equipment.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers. Work towards closing sales deals that are profitable for the company and beneficial for the customer.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help shape sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and servicing of equipment. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Training and Development: Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

职位要求

Any engineering course or with technical sales background
At least 3 years sales experience
Willing to travel outside Cebu. Specifically Leyte, Iloilo, Masbate, Bacolod & Negros.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong listening and sales skills
Ability to achieve sales targets set by the company
