职位描述

The Franchise Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the franchise development team by managing lead inquiries, coordinating communications with prospective franchisees, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth progression through the franchise sales process. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and administrative skills, along with a strong understanding of franchise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for franchise inquiries and respond to potential franchisee questions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for the franchise development team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead activity, communication notes, and pipeline progress.
  • Prepare and send franchise information packages, marketing materials, and application forms.
  • Coordinate documentation, including NDAs, franchise disclosure documents (FDD), and application forms.
  • Track the progress of prospective franchisees through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with legal, operations, and marketing departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in planning and organizing franchise expos, discovery days, and sales events.
  • Generate and analyze reports on lead conversion, pipeline performance, and sales metrics.
  • Support the Franchise Sales Manager with ad hoc tasks and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, franchise development, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with franchise sales processes and FDDs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with potential remote work options.
  • Occasional travel may be required for events or franchise meetings.
