- Secure new customers for the company’s logistics services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to explore business opportunities.
- Submit weekly sales reports detailing daily movements and overall sales performance.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets in alignment with the company's business plan.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, bidding documents, RFQs, and RFIs as requested by customers.
- Address customer service requirements and concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with FMGLPI Operations regarding inquiries and booking processing.
- Compile and submit accurate and timely sales reports as requested.
- Manage and control accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or any related course.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven people management and leadership abilities.
- Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license.
