职位描述

  • Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate sales activities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings.
  • Support customer inquiries and follow up on quotes and orders.
  • Manage schedule for sales representatives and coordinate travel arrangements.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma required in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; ideal for recent graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, sales support, and training abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
