• Handle processing of any sales invoices, purchase orders, delivery or collection receipts;
• Coordinate with the key parties on customer orders and deliveries;
• Collaborate and work closely with sales team on sales schedules and requests;
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and updated sales-related equipment and materials;
• Communicate with clients and provide any sales support when necessary;
• Maintain and monitor customer databases, product inventory, and sales reports.

• Vocational or bachelor’s degree in any field;
• Knowledgeable with basic MS Office applications;
• Well-organized, hardworking, and responsible;
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
