Job Summary: The Sales Auditor is responsible for evaluating the performance and compliance of the Booking Officer's sales processes. This role involves reviewing sales transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies, and identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency. The Sales Auditor will help enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team by providing insights and recommendations based on audit findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Analyze sales performance reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and quota alignment.

• Evaluate booking processes to recommend improvements in workflow efficiency.

• Verify completeness of documentation and payment for finalized bookings.

• Monitor system compliance, ensuring proper use of HubSpot and passenger management systems.

• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance Booking Officer performance.

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.

• Stay updated on industry trends to support product knowledge and sales strategies.
