  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.


职位要求

  • Senior High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Binondo.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
