职位描述

  • Provides clerical support for the sales team such as, but not limited to the following:
  • Maintaining and updating daily sales report
  • Monitoring promodisers' punctuality
  • Receiving and processing of purchase orders both outright and concession
  • Inventory management
  • Assisting with preparing and processing sales document
  • Incentive report
  • Pull-out, returns, and delivery
  • 3PL Approval form preparation
  • Organizing filling documents
  • Ensure timeless and accuracy of reports/requirements submitted.
  • Supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Attend and take an active part in departmental meetings.
  • Attend to promoter inquiries with regards to product, price, inventory, and delivery.
  • Perform other tasks assigned or required by the management.


职位要求

  • With Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business.
  • At least 1 year experience in sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (MS Word and Excel).
  • With Data entry, reporting, and administrative writing skills.
  • With high sense of responsibility to handle confidential information.
  • Able to do multi-tasking.
  • Must be resourceful and result-oriented.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Chino Roces, Makati.
  • Can start immediately.
